99myr Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99myr ("99myr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://99myr.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account with 99myr. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances held therein.

1. Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
2. Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 99myr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
3. Breach notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99myr support immediately. 99myr accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to implement reasonable security measures.
4. KYC verification: 99myr operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — as a condition of processing withdrawals or at any point at the Platform's discretion for compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on 99myr are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and USDT TRC20. 1. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

1. Bets are final once confirmed. In the event of a technical error that results in an erroneous confirmation, 99myr reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
2. Where a game or event is cancelled, interrupted, or otherwise rendered incomplete through no fault of the player, bets on that game or event will be voided and stakes returned.

2. Operating or using more than one account, whether under the same or different identities;
3. Use of automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform;

99myr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request;
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
4. Direction by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
5. Technical or security reasons necessitating account access restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, 99myr may withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at 99myr's initiative without player fault, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 99myr operates its international online gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
